Hello. We are in the SUdburytransmitter area and since retuning our Freeview this week, as advised, we have lost Channels 12, 15, 18, 21 and 22. We have tried the procedure of unplugging and turning everything off, retuning with no aerial plugged in, then retuning with all plugged back in again. However this makes no difference, The signal appears good and we've retuned on different days/times. Could anybody advise or elaborate please? Many thanks, M
