Hi I have a sat dish and Thompsons box which was installed 2 years ago the whole system works from an old skycard and we have always got some extra channels but now it says 'insert new sky viewing card' and the only channels I can't get are ITV and Channel 5, please could you tell me what may be wrong with it?
