We've had a simliar experience to Del (2Sep). Ever since the fire at the Oxfordtransmitter the signal/reception for ITV, C4, C5 etc has been non-existent.
I gave up ages ago and got FreeSat for our main TV but we still use FreeView for the bedroom so hoping switchover will 'come up trumps' and we can get all the freeview channels once DSO is complete.
Our ariel is in the loft and I've got a booster.
