Just swung my aerial round from Waltham to Sandy Heath as I was missing a multiplex, and retuned. This time missing a different mux. Looking at your site I see that both transmitters are broadcasting on ch.45, presumably knocking each other out. Looking further I see after switchover Sandy Heath will then clash with Belmont on two mux, at ch21 and ch23. This seems to me that it will cause problems around the King's Lynn area where both transmitters can be received. Any ideas on how to overcome this?

Are you sure the switchover dates here are correct? According to Digital UK's site King's Lynn is switching in Novemeber the same as Tacolneston Digital UK - Postcode checker - Results for Economy Carpets, 30, Tower Street, King's Lynn, PE30 1EJ would make sense, but then I know that Digital UK's site is not the most accurate sometimes. Am I right in thinking that someone who only uses Freeview from Sandy Heath won't have lost anything if they didn't retune yesterday? The new PSB1 has started, but the old MUX1 is still broadcasting, is this right?

I've spoken to Digital Uk and they are aware of the problem of some people losing Mux". The advice they currently have is to do a retune with no aerial connected, and then tune again with aerial. If that doesn't so the trick then a manual tune should do it (I don't know if they mean just on c31, or a full manual tune). I'm going to visit a customer later to try and sort her out on her Tv & DVD recoorder so I'll report back.

oops, meant to say before the retune, not before switchover in the post above.

I don't think it's cross channel with Sandy Heath as I'm on Sandy at home. Got all mux at home with no problems and none are on 31.

In the shop ( about 1/2 a mile from the customer) we are also on Waltham and have no problem with mux2. It's got me stumped.

Briantist, I've had a look at that link before I went back, there's nothing in the property that's got an RF output, but I did take the DVD recorder right out of the circuit and the TV still wouldn't play ball.

Simon, have you tried switching your two boxes round? Would the 9300 still recieve mux2 downstairs, and would the 9200 tune it in upstairs?
