We live in W5 and receive from the crystal palacetransmitter. Following switchover we lost channels. I did a factory reset and rescan and now all of the channels are back and are in the correct order but all are unwatchable owing to bad reception, apart from channel 4 and ITV. We have a samsung TV with builtin freeview. Iv'e checked all of the cables and they are all quite new. Its driving me mad!
