I live in York and in the past when I've retuned my TV to receive Freeviewchannels, I've either not been able to receive BBC radio stations, or if I have been able to receive them after a retuning, they have disappeared soon afterwards. I've tried both automatic and manual retuning, but I've not had any radio station on Freeview for the last two years. Since my last retune, the available channels include none at all in the 7** series. Please advise as I would love to be able to receive BBC Radio 4 Extra in particular!
