Our Sony KD-28DX4OU ceased to function ( we live in Coventry) on switch over day today ( 21st Sept 2011). After trying everything we paid for an experienced technician to come out who also did all the checks and tested our aerial etc and concluded the Sony would no longer function as a digital TV. We even tried our son's little set which worked perfectly using the same aerial and plug socket. The Sony, however, would just not function. In desperation, we tried a box top and it is now working but it's much less user friendly.
We are totally perplexed. Sony has always had a good reputation but this is very worrying and I would appreciate your help.
