Live in NE16 4ET and get signal from Fenham transmitter. I am unable to get HD channels but get all others. Have re tuned and is the same on all Tv`s in the house. Could you tell me why this is as your listing say that it is on ch 21

Mark Hancock: The most likely cause of missing HD channels is your equipment not containing a Freeview HD tuner - you should post your make and model of each TV here so we can see if they have the correct DVB-T2 tuners inside them.

My area electricity went off 20/12/2013, it came back on later that evening but my TV which is freeview has failed to respond to all efforts to get the channels working, it tells me to check the antennae, everything seems ok lndoors but I know nothing about the external, please help!, phone number 07898983253 if required!

Iain Fraser: Quest is on the same multiplex as (10) ITV3 / (20) Drama etc which from Rosemarkie is C43, can you receive those two programme channels?

Iain Fraser : By the way, should the elusive Quest fail to return even after having resorted to manually scanning C43 then the only option left is to carry out a "factory reset", other alternatives to this being "first time installation" or "default setting", all methods wiping the tuners memory clean of everything stored in it.

i have no signal, have unplugged and retuned freeview tv but getting 'no channel found. Please check aerial or local signal availability', I'm in the Kingston upon Thames area, does anyone know if the storms have disrupted service from the transmitters?

I live in Pulborough in West Sussex. Came home on the 23 and have had no tv to now the 24th at 2pm, I cant find anyone to help and all I get on TV is no signal

Please post a question, answer or commentIf you have Freeview reception problems before posting a question your must first do this Freeview reset procedure then see: Freeview reception has changed, Single frequency interference, and Freeview intermittent interference.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
