Thanks for the suggestion - the Sony TV still says no service for the BBC programmes so we've put the Toshiba back and it's working fine now - think we'll take the Sony back to the shop!

I am in the PE19 area and have just bought a new Sony TV and cannot receive BBC1, 2 or 3 or the BBC News The TV cannot find them on digital All other digital channels work fine The reception for BBC channels had deteriorated over last few days on my (previous) Toshiba TV Both TVs have freeview Can you help please
