Freesat change the Transport Stream ID for 12304H to match ASTRA
Recall that 12304H was a clone of 12480V, in the sense that it carried the same multiplex, and Freesat changed transponder to 12304H for 'Kiss' and 'The Box' on 4th Feb.
With the transponder move on ASTRA came a change of TSID of the multiplex to correspond to the destination transponder: 2.031 = 12304.00 H.

KeepItCountry enters the test regions on LCN 516. 'KeepItCountry' is currently 'Showcase' on the BSkyB platform.
Freesat 4K 'launches' in Freesat G2 Bouquets on LCN 998.
I mean 'launches' in the formal sense of moving out of the private test region and into the public G2 Bouquets.

As can be seen, the RST (running status) is set to '1' = 'not running' for this version, which is balderdash, because the other version has RST = 4 = running, and since they are the same stream, they cannot be both running and not running.
Freesat 4K (both versions) is flagged such that it does not appear in the channel list but is accessible by LCN.
