Mysterious Multiplex
The purpose of the multiplex on transponder 11538V, which fired up about a week ago, is a mystery.
Some observations:
The transponder does not appear in the NIT of either Freesat or ASTRA.
Only the PAT, CAT and SDT, are present in the multiplex; the CAT is empty.
The only descriptors present are Service Descriptors, which inform that the provider_name is 'Babcock'.
Up-to-date Freesat streams are present but unmapped, with nothing to indicate they exist.
The Freesat stream PIDs have the same values as those mapped to FreesatCommonC on 11427H.
None of the services present on 11538V are on Freesat.
The services are also on 11686V with the same bit-rate:

fozzy: It seems that Passion and Chatbox are no longer working; causing a 'Tuning Error'.
I tried playing Vintage TV and it stopped after two minutes, so I set TransEdit to record the stream. It was still running half an hour later, so it seems to be intermittent.
I think you said it's working on your Sony TV now. Does it also stop on that?
Looks like a server problem to me. Is it just Vintage TV? I've not had the issue with others I've tried.

11538V was today added to the ASTRA network. The mysterious multiplex that it carried has gone, leaving in its place the usual BSkyB structure.
22601 seems to have been carried over, as it is showing ATN Bangla UK, with the same SID.
22602, contrary to the encryption flag, is scrambled. 'OH TV' had this SID.
The parameters in the ASTRA NIT for 10832H are now correct.

ASTRA Changes:
Eight 'new' services appear on 11538V, but only 22606 is really new, the rest were on the Babcock mystery multiplex - see the 'Channel Diffs' below.
22606 is showing TalkingPictures, or would be if the audio/video PacketIDs weren't swapped.
TransEdit recognises that the 'audio' stream is video but not that the 'video' stream is audio.
Recording the two PIDs alone, without the Program Association Table (PAT) and the erroneous Program Map Table (PMT), allows playback in TSPlayer - another very useful DVBViewer gift.
