Derek post your postcode here so we can see what strengths and directions involved.

What aerial are you using?

You may have the channels you want in the 800s (usually) and be able to move them to 101/2/3 etc.

Freesat lets you pick whatever services you like, Automatically if yyou give it a postcode for where you want.

You seem to have a choice of fairly strong signals - which may be your problem! NB link above is conservative about what aerial you need.
If you have other aerials try the kit elsewhere.
May well be worth paying a LOCAL aerial man for his local knowledge of your many options

Maria - what is your postcode? You might manage with an indoor aerial. You have no existing ae at all?

Ask the neighbours what they need.

Matt you seem to have a lot of options - need a full postcode for better data.
You should be able to work out what you are getting from the channels numbers and the muxes they are on.
What sort of aerials

Matt if you look at the transmission frequencies above it lookls likely that your aerial is designed to get the low numbers previously in use but NOT the high ones. So when SDN moved recently from 31 to 51 you lost it.

Sounds like new aerial

Kelda COM4=SND - so same answer.

Matt you seem to be "blessed" with two equal strength signals; both with a * for risk of multipath effects.

Are you redirecting your aerial for Tacolneston?

The switchover is nearly over so you should now or soon be able to get a final solution!

Freesat is good.

ng - no idea unless you give your postcode and say what aerial you are using and if it worked ok previously.

Matt 21 is on an offset frequency which some boxes cannot cope with but I don't know which.

And unless your aerial is new it is probably NOT suited to receive C48/50/51 as highest previously used was 31
