I have also lost BBC1 from about a week ago. All other 3 channels are OK. Have retuned, but there is no digital signal. Have checked the teletext test screen and our aerial should receive OK. Where has BBC1 gone?

scott: Which transmitter are you using for your Freeview reception - Bromsgrove or Sutton Coldfield? The Redditch relay only transmits analogue signals until 7th September 2011. If you have only lost BBC1 digital but still have BBC2/3/4 look in the 800s of the channel list for duplicates. If there are some for BBC2 or BBC3 it would suggest that you have reception from 2 transmitters, one 2k mode and one 8k mode or old data stored from Mux1.For some reason some boxes store both 2k and 8k variants for most BBC channels but not for BBC1.Do a factory reset to clear the channel list then rescan or do a manual tune for the transmitter you are using.
