I Fraser:

They have moved multiplexes, did you not get a screen pop-up telling you to retune or that your programme mapping had changed? See Service updates | Freeview

You need to retune at least your BBCB, D3&4, ArqA & COM7 multiplexes.

I Fraser: Film4 +1 and More4 +1 have moved to COM5 and COM7 respectively, neither of which are broadcast from Freeview Lite transmitters such as St Bees. The versions found on 790 and 791 are expected to be removed next week, allowing time for viewers to retune who don't have automatic retune enabled TVs or boxes.

I Fraser:

My thanks to StevensOnln1 for pointing that out as I completely overlooked the fact St.Bees is a "Light" transmitter when I replied in a bit of a rush this morning :(

Whether or not you can get any reception from Caldbeck will depend on your precise postcode location. A cursory check suggests you might, but COMs4-6 reception may not be the most reliable. Can't be certain without a full postcode and if you are down in a bit of a dip that won't help. In any event Caldbeck doesn't transmit COMs 7&8 and you'd need a change of aerial if you don't have a wideband (which you might need in any event in Q2 (Apr - Jun) 2020 when St. Bees multiplexes move channels, but you may be able to get free help with that if you don't' have Cable or Satellite.
