Just had a new aerial fitted to outside of house - today

Two leads from it - one to Humax Digi Box - working fine

One to Bush Ditigal Recorder - all stations received except for epg information on ITV1, ITV2 More 4 etc etc - seems to be a group

The information is not missing on the Humax just the Bush - have done a factory reset and still missing

Any ideas please?

Kevin Mitchelson: If you just had a new aerial fitted, why are you asking us and not whoever erected it for you?

The most likely explanation at that postcode is too much signal - get the installer to fit a smaller aerial!

Kevin Mitchelson: Check that you have tuned to signals from Tacolneston on all muxes. It is possible that signals from Sudbury or Rouncefall have been received and the mix of 2k and 8k channels is confusing the EPG. Are there any channels in the 800s of the channel list which give EPG information?

Thank you for your reply - they are there!!!!

The channels with missing EPG are also listed in the 800's - have retuned again and again so not going to get them in the usual place but can live with them in 800's

Brilliant - thanks - solved!!!
